We do not accept returns for any reason. If there is an issue with a product or an error made in order fulfillment, please contact us at (803) 367-1016 within 5 days of delivery for assistance. Orders may be cancelled provided it has not yet been shipped. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all cancelled orders.
We typically ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) from our location in South Carolina Monday-Thursday each week. All CUVO lights ship in a separate box, with a separate shipping fee, from our facility.

We can arrange expedited shipping if you reach out to us to place your over the phone or via email: info@blucuresc.com or 803-367-1016. All orders placed through our website will be shipped via UPS ground.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay, and Venmo though our online portal. If you would like to pay via check or ACH, please select Offline Payment during checkout and call us at (803) 367-1016 right away. Note that products will not be shipped until payment is received.
