Orders may be cancelled provided it has not yet been shipped. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all cancelled orders.

We typically ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) from our location in South Carolina Monday-Thursday each week. All CUVO lights ship in a separate box, with a separate shipping fee, from our facility. Orders are shipped within five (5) business days after the order is placed and paid. Orders typically ship via UPS Monday-Thursday each week. You will be notified of the tracking number and shipment details via email after your order ships. All orders placed through our website will be shipped via UPS ground.
